Wonderful Champagne. 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir. Strawberries, rose water and marzipane all the way. Lovely fine bead/mousse, admirable structure, lip-smacking acidity and terrific finish. Could be enjoyed with appetizers, main courses, or as an aperitif. Absolutely love this.
